Dambadiva Yanna Siyatha Ahanna Successfully Completed

First time ever in the history of Sri Lanka, a media company got a charter plane to carry 160 winners of a radio competition. 160 radio listeners had the rare opportunity of visiting the most sacred place of Buddhagaya on the 26th of August 2007.

 The first ever promotion of this nature was carried out in a very professional manner by the Siyatha team as per the comments by the participants. Listeners participated in an on air promotion in order to be eligible to win this trip to India.

 

Three winners were selected per day during the period of 45 days of this on air promotion. And the winners were called to Colombo and briefed thoroughly by the Siyatha promotions team. And the tour was once delayed due to the bad weather prevailed in the Gaya area in India. But, on the 26th the dream came true. All the facilities in India were provided by Siyatha FM. And it was completed with great success.
